100% Refundable Deposits: All deposits for Child Opportunity Trust products are fully refundable prior to the commencement of trust formation services on September 1, 2026.

At Counsl, we want you to feel confident in your decision to reserve a Child Opportunity Trust. This refund policy outlines your rights and our commitments regarding deposits and refunds.

Child Opportunity Trust Deposits

Pre-Launch Deposits (Before September 1, 2026)

All deposits made for Child Opportunity Trust products prior to September 1, 2026 are 100% refundable for any reason. This includes deposits for:

Founder Access ($75 deposit)
Founder Champion ($150 deposit)
Full Circle ($300 complete payment)

No questions asked: You can request a full refund at any time before trust formation services begin on September 1, 2026. We understand that circumstances change, and we want you to feel secure in your decision.

After Service Launch (September 1, 2026 and Beyond)

Once trust formation services officially begin on September 1, 2026, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis:

Before attorney consultation: Full refund available
After consultation begins: Partial refund may be available depending on work completed
After trust documents are drafted: Refunds subject to attorney fees for work completed
After trust is formed: No refunds (trust formation is complete)

Village Gift Donations

Donations to the 100 Families Mission (Village Gift) are non-refundable as these funds are allocated directly to support trust formation for families in need. However, if you accidentally make a donation or select the wrong amount, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Request Process

Submit a request: Visit our contact page and submit a refund request
Include your information: Provide your name, email address used for purchase, and order number (if available)
Specify reason (optional): While not required before September 1, 2026, letting us know why helps us improve
Receive confirmation: We'll confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day
Refund processed: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved and processed:

Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase

Payment Processor

All payments and refunds are processed through Cold Blue Creative Marketing LLC on behalf of Counsl.ai. Refund requests should be submitted through our contact page, and our team will coordinate with the payment processor to issue your refund promptly.

Launch Date Changes

In the event that the September 1, 2026 launch date is significantly delayed or the Child Opportunity Trust program is cancelled, all deposits will be automatically refunded in full. You will be notified via email if this occurs.
