Cold Blue Creative Marketing LLC acts solely as a payment processor and technical service provider and is not a financial institution, law firm, trust company, or fiduciary.
The Child Opportunity Trust is a legal service product. All trust formation services are provided by licensed attorneys. Cold Blue Creative Marketing LLC does not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.
Use of this website and purchase of products does not create an attorney-client relationship with Cold Blue Creative Marketing LLC. Attorney-client relationships are established only with the licensed attorneys who provide trust formation services through Counsl.

All deposits are held and processed through Cold Blue Creative Marketing LLC's payment systems. Deposits for Child Opportunity Trust products are 100% refundable prior to the commencement of trust formation services (September 1, 2026).
After trust formation services begin, refunds will be handled in accordance with the refund policy available at counsl.ai/refund-policy.
Trust formation services for the Child Opportunity Trust are scheduled to launch on September 1, 2026. Deposits made prior to this date reserve your spot at founder pricing. You will be notified when services are available and when you can schedule your attorney consultation.
Counsl.ai reserves the right to modify the launch date if necessary. In the event of a significant delay or cancellation, all deposits will be fully refunded.
